Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery charges
- United Kingdom: £3.99, or free on orders over £50
- United States: $8, or free on orders over $70
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: £6.99, shown in your local currency at checkout where available
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. UK orders usually arrive 7 to 15 working days after dispatch. Delivery to other countries varies and can take longer.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can happen, particularly at busy times of year. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Tracking
We will email you when your order has been dispatched. The email includes a tracking link where tracking is available.
Customs and import charges
For orders outside the United Kingdom, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are your responsibility.
Your address
Please check your delivery address before you place your order. We cannot change an address once an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that you gave us.
Orders that do not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the date you placed it, email us with your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
