All purchases from House of Ember are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please check the product description, size, colour and quantity carefully before you order.

Changes and cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed.

Orders that do not arrive
