Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery charges
- United Kingdom: standard delivery £3.99, free on orders over £50.
- United States: standard delivery $8, free on orders over $70.
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: standard delivery £6.99, shown in your local currency at checkout where available.
The delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long delivery takes
Our products are sent to you directly by our supply partners, some of whom are based overseas. That lets us offer a wide range, but it does mean delivery takes longer than next-day services.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
- Most orders to UK addresses arrive within 7 to 15 working days of dispatch.
- Delivery times to other countries vary by destination and can be longer.
- If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery can occasionally take longer at busy times of year.
Customs, duties and taxes
If your order is delivered outside the United Kingdom, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are your responsibility.
Keeping you updated
We will email you when your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, that email will include a tracking link.
If your order is late or does not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the date you placed it, email us at houseofember.help@gmail.com with your order number and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number and we will put it right. See our refund policy for details.
